using Scanomy to scan receipts for multiple unrelated third parties or clients

reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the App or its outputs
attempting to reverse engineer or misuse the App or its systems

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscription Services

Scanomy offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription, which automatically renews unless cancelled.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies.

7. Disclaimer

Scanomy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

Scanomy uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract and analyze receipt data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of extracted or analyzed information, and we are not responsible for any decisions made based on such data.

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Yaroslav Andriichuk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
